#IAMKANZA and I will talk about my achievements, skills and yes will share my experience. I empowered myself by setting my goals and making positive choices. And now being an entrepreneur, teacher, artist, coordinator, counsellor and social/theatre activist I'm fully indulged in empowering and practically motivating my subordinates, colleagues and students through my actions, by giving them conventional wisdom and generous boundaries .After completing my studies from one of the prestigious institute of country I started work with educational institutes. I represented my country and institution both at national and international levels, selected as the President of one the largest club of University, The Art Club U.A.F. Then served as CEO of the same club for two years and got one of the most prestigious award "University Color", organized different national and international events like, cultural night of SAARC International Handball Competition, 1st ever drama festival in the history of Faisalabad in 2014, different concerts, in-house competitions, skilled based workshops to develop capacity building. Also received many awards, souvenirs, and cash prizes in different competitions. Participated at an International event “GLOBAL INITIATIVES SYMPOSIUM” held in Taiwan 2015 and represented my country. In year 217, represented my country at an international conference "South Asian Youth Convention" held at Kathmandu. Won Cash Prizes from Govt. of Punjab in different competitions, Won 1 lac cash prize in INTER FAISALABAD DRAMATICS COMPETITION. Participated in different residential workshops held at different places within a country..
